…actually, it’s warmer and it’s time to step back into cooler days and remember how good it feels to have that extra layer of clothing. What better place to relax than the peaks of San Francisco when draped in blankets of snow.

The photo above was taken from the cabin area in Snow Bowl with Humphreys Peak on the far left and Agassiz Peak on the right… The photo below I took just before sliding down the mountain and fly over the ridge from left to right. My position in this photo was on the left side of the top photo and just above the ridge line about 10% downhill from the left peak. After getting back into the mountain, I flew just above/below the ridge line and about 150 feet up the mountain. There was a good breeze blowing and when I got to the right side in Agassiz I turned away from the mountain, turned, backed up the mountain and took the path back where I had come… on good days like this, you could spend hours going back and forth.

Michele uploaded a tribute to Finley, everyone’s favorite American Kestrel. He did many shows with me and he had an amazing personality that came through…we miss him and remember: Finley’s last flight. recounts many moments of his too short life.

A very nice day and a lot of work spent on the portfolio… ditto for tomorrow. In the weekend for me and plans are back Monday morning. Have a great day and a great weekend…keep breathing and enjoying life while you have it.

Cheers,

Ted

May I not forget that poverty and

riches are of the spirit.

Although the world does not know me,

that my thoughts and actions

be kind to keep me friendly

with myself.
