Delta Photo Club presents its upcoming workshop titled Astrophotography 101 with award-winning photographer Liron Gertsman.
Zoom’s online presentation is at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2.
The night sky is full of spectacular space objects that can be revealed in remarkable detail with long exposure photography.
Join Gertsman in a virtual exploration of these sites, focusing on the equipment, field techniques, and post-processing techniques used to obtain the most eye-catching, high-quality images of the stars.
You may have seen it on CBC The Nationalheard her voice on CBC Radio One or seen her work in publications such as Canadian Geographical Review, The Guardian, GEO Magazine, and others. Although he is only in his twenties, Gertsman is already an accomplished wildlife photographer. His work has been seen by millions in some of the world’s greatest museums, including the Natural History Museum in London and the Smithsonian in Washington DC.
