Photography company NFT Cheeze is set to launch its “Cheeze Magazine” on April 1. The new digital magazine aims to tell the story of photographers through NFTs.
First, let’s talk about the company behind the new Cheeze Magazine. For those unaware, Cheeze is a photography-focused NFT media and entertainment company. The platform actually closed a major funding round in November, which Dapper Labs headlined. As a result, Cheeze lives on the Flow blockchain.
“Women of Authenticity” will be the theme of the first issue of Cheeze Magazine. Essentially, it will tell the stories of iconic women throughout history.
Notably, Cheeze’s editorial staff will create articles and stories for the magazine. Not only that, but these stories will have incorporated NFTs from renowned photographers and creators. Then, starting April 1, these NFTs will be available for purchase in the Cheeze Aperture Gallery.
Award-winning journalist Ceslie Armstrong will serve as editor-in-chief of Cheeze Magazine. To list, she has previously held this position, as well as other leadership roles, for outlets like Marie Claire, Glamour, InStyle, and Cosmopolitan, among others.
The Cheeze team has also planned an exciting NFT release for the community. Namely, it will deposit the Genesis camera collection. These 1,826 hand-crafted NFT cameras will come with great utilities. For example, NFT holders can get first access to drops in the Cheeze app.
This new project – which will also be released twice a year as a coffee table magazine – is truly exciting from the NFT photography platform. Certainly, this could have a major impact on the booming field of NFT photography.
